Therapies I provide

Supporting the body and nervous system with gentle, thoughtful care that works alongside medical treatment when needed.

Craniosacral Therapy

I often get asked by curious prospects, what is it exactly that I do!

Put in it's most basic terms, craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on therapy where the practitioner works with your nervous system, and our craniosacral system. The practitioner aims to release restrictions in the body's tissues after initiating a downregulated nervous system. The practitioner is trained in sensing patterns and areas of priority to support in order to help the body resolve it's held patterns of restrictions and tensions. In the end, the client is more enabled to move from a stressed stage into a more relaxed, balanced, centred place of balance and natural movement.

Much of our ailments, aches, pains and symptoms are arguably rooted in stress patterns or trauma-based experiences,

There are various symptoms I work with, which can be found here.

Massage

From September 2026, I will be offering the following massages: Head massage, back neck and shoulder massage and sports massage. I will be training at the prestigious London School of Massage. Over time, this massage list will increase, and will be reflected in this therapy section of the website.

Buteyko Breathing

From September 2026, I will be offering Buteyko Breathing as part of my therapy choices. Buteyko breathing can be used alongside Craniosacral therapy and Massage, or just independently.

Buteyko breathing, which is rooted in Japanese culture, is aimed at balancing a client's oxygen and CO2 ratio. It is aimed at supporting stress, anxiety and sleep-disordered breathing. It's core philosophy is on breathing less, and through our nasal cavities, which is where we should be breathing from. It involves controlled pauses, and reduced breathing exercises. It is designed to primarily support stress, sleep, anxiety and asthma. The technique is considered a complementary approach, meant to be used alongside traditional medical care rather than as a replacement
