Craniosacral Therapy for Toddlers
Gentle support for behaviour, sleep, emotional regulation, and physical comfort
Helping your toddler feel calmer, more settled, and better able to cope with the world around them
A gentle approach that works with your toddler
Toddlers experience rapid growth, change, and development, which can sometimes feel overwhelming for their system.
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with your toddler’s nervous system, helping to release tension and support regulation.
Rather than correcting behaviour, this work focuses on what may be sitting underneath it.

Supporting your toddler to feel calmer and more regulated
Toddlers often express discomfort or overwhelm through behaviour.
This might look like:
- Frequent meltdowns or emotional outbursts
- Difficulty settling or sleeping
- Sensitivity to sound, touch, or environment
- Separation anxiety
- Difficulty concentrating or sitting still
- Digestive discomfort or tension
This work helps support the nervous system to regulate, allowing your toddler to feel more balanced and able to cope.
A calm, child-led experience
Sessions are designed around your toddler, not the other way around. They are free to move, play, sit with you, or explore the space. Gentle touch is introduced gradually, always respecting your child’s comfort and boundaries. There is no pressure and no expectation for your child to behave in a certain way.

Support when behaviour doesn’t tell the full story
When a toddler is struggling, it is rarely just about behaviour.
It is often a sign that their system is overwhelmed or holding tension.
This work helps support what may be happening beneath the surface, rather than simply managing the outward signs.

Working alongside the right support and care
Craniosacral therapy can sit alongside other forms of support where needed.
This may include:
- Health visitors
- Speech and language therapists
- Occupational therapists
- Paediatric specialists
The focus is always on supporting your child in a way that feels appropriate and joined up.
Introducing myself
Hi I'm Lisa and I'm a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.
Our digestive systems starts right at the top - our tongue. Any disruption along this digestive system impacts how we are able to digest anything. Furthermore, if we digest food that we are unaware we're intolerant to or allergic to, or suffer from IBS, Crohns disease or other digestive diagnoses, our gut-brain connection is disrupted, our microbiome is disturbed and our liver which processes nutrients and vitamins etc is impacted. Add on daily stress or periods of stress, and our stress response between our brain-gut system (our enteric nervous system) often brings other unpleasant digestive symptoms. Craniosacral therapy aims to help us rebalance our digestive system using light-touch, to release patterns of tension in our connective tissues and unwind restrictions to support and restore more natural movement and function.
