Biodynamic craniosacral therapy
A gentle, hands-on approach that supports the nervous system, helping the body release tension and return to balance
Working with babies, children, and adults to support comfort, regulation, and overall wellbeing
A gentle, non invasive approach that works with the body
Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is a gentle therapy that works with the body and nervous system.
Using light, skilled touch, it supports the release of tension built up through stress, injury, illness, or emotional experiences.
Rather than forcing change, this approach allows the body to move towards balance in its own time.

Supporting the nervous system to restore balance
The body holds patterns of tension, often without us realising.
These patterns can affect sleep, digestion, emotional regulation, and physical comfort.
Craniosacral therapy helps by:
- Supporting the nervous system to shift out of stress patterns
- Allowing the body to release held tension
- Encouraging natural regulation and balance
- Improving overall comfort and function
Symptoms Craniosacral Therapy can help with
Each session is tailored to the individual, focusing on reducing strain, improving nervous system regulation, and restoring more comfortable function.
Sleep and fatigue support
Sleep disturbances, including bruxism, supporting existing combined therapy for sleep apnoea, mouth breathing, poor overall sleep issues from stress/trauma.
Accidents and falls
Any type of fall or accident involves a physical trauma to our bodies. Unwinding that strain pattern is key to returning the body to health.
Birth trauma support
The saying goes: “the tissues remember what the memory forgets” (J.L Moreno). Our bodies hold onto experiences that our minds have repressed or forgotten. Birth trauma for parents and little ones is real. Craniosacral therapy supports your nervous system and interconnected systems to resolve tension and strain, to help you feel more balanced and connected again, and improve feeding.
Stress, trauma and emotional overwhelm
Modern life is more demanding than ever. Support your body back to health from common resulting symptoms, such as sleep, digestion, immune depletion, headaches and more with craniosacral therapy.
Past illnesses recovery
Past illnesses impact our nervous system, our lymphatic and glymphatic systems, respiratory systems, and other areas depending on the illness. Craniosacral therapy can help release the strain patterns in these systems to support the body back to health
Back and neck pain relief
Our spine connects our sacrum and coccyx to our cranium. Any tension or strain along that structure, and connected structures is where craniosacral therapy supports the release of this held strain pattern, helping restore your body back to health.
Behaviour and emotional regulation support
Neurodiversity strains diagnoses are on the increase, misdiagnosed and often poorly treated from the root cause when imitatating behaviours to neurodiverse diagnoses are misdiagnosed. Other common diagnoses include sensory sensitivity disorders requiring ear defenders and crowd overwhelm. Behavioural problems often stem from nervous system disturbances. Craniosacral therapy can support our bodies through any emotional regulation and restoration, allowing the patient to restore calm and stillness in their bodies. This enabling balance and regulation, improved behaviours and sleep.
Headaches and migraine relief
Headaches and migraines are often linked to stress and held tension. This therapy helps ease that pressure, reducing frequency and intensity over time.
Digestive health support
IBS, Crohn’s Disease, Reflux, Wind, bowel issues – are often linked to diet and stress. Craniosacral therapy helps restore calmness and balance between our complex digestive system and interconnected nervous and immune system, to help bring your body back to a state of health.
Jaw pain and TMJ support
Teeth grinding/bruxism, tinnitus, TMJ Dysfunction / TMD and post-dental surgery all impact the quality of our lives through pain in eating, speaking, and sleep disturbance. Gentle work with calming and resolving the held strain patterns, allowing more comfortable mobility and resolution to the discomfort you are experiencing.
Anxiety and low mood support
When the nervous system is overwhelmed, it can feel difficult to find any sense of calm. This therapy helps support a more balanced state, improving emotional stability over time.
Nerve pain and neuralgia support
Nerve pain can be sharp, persistent, and difficult to manage. By working with the nervous system, this approach aims to reduce sensitivity and ease discomfort.
Vertigo and balance issues
Our ability to maintain balance is governed by particular structures in us; shoulders, neck, cranial base, inner ear, and related cranial nerves. Craniosacral therapy helps support these structures through releasing compression and strain patterns enabling the body to relax, reorganise, and return to health.

A calm, supportive experience guided by the body
Sessions are quiet, relaxed, and designed to feel safe. You or your child will remain fully clothed and comfortable throughout. Gentle touch is used to support areas of tension, with no force or manipulation. Each session is guided by the body, allowing change to happen naturally.

Introducing myself
Hi I'm Lisa and I'm a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.
Our digestive systems starts right at the top - our tongue. Any disruption along this digestive system impacts how we are able to digest anything. Furthermore, if we digest food that we are unaware we're intolerant to or allergic to, or suffer from IBS, Crohns disease or other digestive diagnoses, our gut-brain connection is disrupted, our microbiome is disturbed and our liver which processes nutrients and vitamins etc is impacted. Add on daily stress or periods of stress, and our stress response between our brain-gut system (our enteric nervous system) often brings other unpleasant digestive symptoms. Craniosacral therapy aims to help us rebalance our digestive system using light-touch, to release patterns of tension in our connective tissues and unwind restrictions to support and restore more natural movement and function.
